Mesh Deviation Map colours your scan mesh with an intuitive blue–green–yellow–red gradient showing exactly where your part deviates from nominal — blue where material is missing, green where it's on target, and red where there's excess.
What it does
Mesh Deviation Map calculates the signed distance from every vertex on your scan mesh to the nearest point on one or more reference surfaces. The result is a colour-coded deviation map applied directly to your mesh, giving you an instant visual overview of part accuracy without leaving Rhino.
