    A 3D scan is the foundation of your project. If the data is wrong, everything built from it is wrong. We take the time to get it right, and we have the experience using 3D scans to understand what you need from yours.

    We scan with a professional-grade Shining 3D EinScan HX2, in our Pomona workshop or on site. Parts range from small components through to boat hulls, vehicle panels, and moulds. With over 15 years in CAD and composites, we know what clean, usable scan data looks like and how to capture it the first time.

    What you get: a cleaned, aligned mesh (STL, OBJ or PLY) ready for inspection or your own CAD work.

    Need more than a scan? Scanning is where most of our projects start, not where they finish. We can turn your scan into an accurate CAD model (STEP, IGES, or native Rhino), then machine or mould the finished part here in our workshop.
